Ecommerce Executive London Office
Full time
£22 - £30k dependent on experience
As a Cass Art E-commerce executive you’ll be working to ensure that the Cass Art website is beautifully displayed and optimised for the best customer experience. Using your extensive experience of working in an ecommerce environment you will be focussing on online merchandising as well as the running of digital campaigns. The role is key to ensuring customer usage satisfaction and positive company branding.
Online Merchandising
• Responsibility for managing and uploading product details onto the site on a daily basis. Working continuously to merchandise the content in order to optimise sales, conversion and growth. Maximisation of revenue for products through page merchandising and promotion. Responsibility for setting up voucher codes and other promotional activity
• Work in conjunction with the merchandising department to manage stock levels across the site, enabling maximum availability possible for customers to purchase
Reporting
• Production of regular reports to management on site planning, strategy as well as analytical data. Monitoring and keep track of competitor ecommerce and digital performance whilst sharing insight and opportunities arising with a range of stakeholders
Operations, Marketing, Consumer Experience & Branding
• Work alongside management and external agencies to optimise the site to improve conversion and customer experience. Continually update engaging, SEO friendly content for ecommerce products
• Assist in the development of technical upgrades to the site where necessary, working also through User Acceptance Testing when required
Desired Knowledge Skills & Experience
• Degree educated or equivalent
• Rounded understanding of ecommerce, merchandising, online marketing and content
• Proven UK market experience in ecommerce with a grasp for ecommerce design principles
• Fluent in English, excellent communication, writing and editorial skills
• Experience using Photoshop and a good design aesthetic
• Excellent understanding of CMS, ecommerce & social media systems, and analytics software
• Ability to respond to consumer insight through strong analytical data and research
• Able to demonstrate an understanding of consumer markets, trends and consumer needs

Ecommerce Customer Services Executive London Office
Full time
£16 - £20k depending on experience
As a Cass Art Ecommerce Customer Services Executive you’re very much the face of the business – owning the entire customer experience and promoting culture within a digital space to ensure the customer is at the heart of everything we do. You’ll be working as part of a team of three and will be responsible for the day to day running of an excellent level of customer service for the company. The role is key to ensuring that all customers are satisfied and impressed with the high standards of the brand and the products we sell and produce.
Customer Service
• Log all consumer queries and feedback in a timely and professional manner across our website, social sites and any other forms or portals as required
• Ensure high levels of customer excellence throughout all work performed
• Provide detailed answers, sell products, use CRM to understand customers’ needs/wants in a timely manner
• Process orders, (including telephone sales), maximise sales opportunities
• Manage refunds, returns and complaints
• Assist in the development of a service strategy that supports our vision and commercial objectives
• Carry out customer service surveys to track customer satisfaction
Reporting
• Produce monthly reports and analysis with key learning’s to the internal team and external retail partners
Operations, Communication & Analysis
• Work to improve the management of support tickets and the quality of communication with customers
• Handle all customer correspondence relating to fraud, security checks, including serious complaints via email, social channels or telephone
• Work closely with the warehouse and other 3rd parties to resolve any dispatch issues
Desired Knowledge Skills & Experience

Cass Art Volunteer Ambassador
Part Time: 1-2 days per month
This is an amazing opportunity for those who have a keen interest in the challenge and want to help us achieve our mission. We’re on the hunt for a number of eager and motivated student art enthusiasts to join our ultimate team of Cass Art Ambassadors to help us fill this town with colour and creativity. Working closely with the Project Manager-Student Ambassador programme, Ambassadors will be required to do the following:
> Spread the word and awareness about Cass Art at your college or university
> Test out some of our latest fantastic products
> Help to assist in the organisation of unforgettable events
> Increase the followers on the Cass Art Twitter account and Social media
> Help to sculpt ideas for our future
> Commit to attend meetings once a month to report findings, and discuss concepts

Retail Sales
Full time
You will be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills with the ability to quickly establish a rapport with customers in order to positively influence sales with your thorough knowledge of our products. A proactive and professional approach will also be required in order to achieve and exceed sales targets and the ability to work using your own initiative in order to maintain the standards of the department will also be essential. You will have experience gained within a customer service environment preferably retail, in addition to highly polished communication, inter-personal skills, the ability to work well in a team and an interest in art and creativity.
Supervisors
Full time
In this role you will be a recognised and valued member of the Store Management team. We will provide opportunities for you to progress as the company store portfolio grows. In return we are looking for passionate, driven, entrepreneurial, professional Supervisors who have a flair for managing, developing and motivating a team. Store Manager

Stock Assistant

In this role you will work alongside the Store Manager, Merchandising Department, and Buying Department to maintain stock inventory and procurement to ensure operational efficiency and maximisation of sales.
Duties will include:
Maintaining stock levels, planning and ordering of products and consumables.
Monitor and improve all administration and systems processes
Excellent communication skills and being able to build strong working relationships are key to this role.
Proactively work with the Store Manager to identify system improvements and processes affecting the department
Attend training and contribute towards own improvement as requested by the relevant Department Manager.
The successful candidate will have a retail experience, commercial focus, excellent organisational skills and experience, good IT skills; a strong eye for detail and can do attitude.

Office Administrator
Full time
In this role you will be an integral part of the office function- supporting the CEO, CFO, HR Manager, and the office team onsite with day to day office administration, diary/ event handling and communication.
Main responsibilities/duties include the following:
Meet and greet all guests and visitors- accept deliveries
Support visitors and staff on all office-related matters: meeting room booking-allocation, event planning, office equipment etc.
Kitchen and general office supplies management.
Post sorting, distribution.
Fielding all inbound calls to the appropriate office team member.
Onsite IT and office equipment support to basic level (printers, monitors etc) and source / manage external experts where required.
Human resources administration- new personnel documentation
Diary management of the CEO and CFO.
