OUTDOOR PAINTING WORLD RECORD ATTEMPT WITH THE NEWLYN SCHOOL OF ART

BE PART OF A WORLD RECORD ATTEMPT AND ENTER TO WIN A LUXURY WEEK STAY IN CORNWALL INCLUDING A RICK STEIN MEAL

On September 1st our friends at Newlyn School of Art have collaborated with The National Trust, installation artist Anthony Garratt to attempt to break the world record for the most people painting a landscape outdoors in the same place. Hundreds of participants will form a line of painters along the mile of dramatic coastline between Land's End and Sennen in west Cornwall. The event will be shown on national television.

The event will be in aid of creating new stone footings to preserve this special cliff-top path at England's most westerly point for future generations and to help protect the rare flora and fauna which exist along it.

WIN A LUXURY HOLIDAY IN CORNWALL

To coincide with the world record attempt we are teaming up with Classic Cottages and Rick Stein to give one lucky winner the chance to attend the event in style by spending a week at the luxury Chy Morva Cottage which sleeps four with sea views located near to where the art event is taking place and to enjoy a fantastic meal for up to four at Rick Stein restaurant in Porthleven or Falmouth.
