past event: RCA Secret 2013 at the Royal College of Art

by Cass Art

Cass Art is excited to support RCA Secret 2013 at the Royal College of Art, an exhibition and sale of original postcard-sized artworks, by internationally acclaimed artists plus up-and-coming graduates from the Royal College of Art. Visitors can snap up original works of art for just £45. What makes it a secret you ask? Ever wondered if you could spot an Emin at 20 paces? How about a Grayson Perry? Each postcard in RCA Secret is signed only on the back, so collectors won’t know the identity of the artists until they have made their purchases. RCA are giving you the chance to check out this eclectic collection and then for one day only the cards will be sold to support the RCA Fine Art Student Award Fund. With generous contributions of new work from hundreds of leading international artists and designers, RCA Secret continues to help emerging artists at a formative stage in their careers. So whether you walk away with a famous name or not, you’ll be buying a bit of history and contributing to the future. The last event featured 2700 original works by 1000 artists, including Grayson Perry, Yoko Ono, Tracey Emin, Yinka Shonibare and David Bailey.
