Cass Art is proud to sponsor, the acclaimed ‘Slade School of Fine Art’ in hosting their very own Print Fair – boasting the launch of ‘Slade Editions’, a range of talks, performances, demonstrations and exclusively commissioned prints by artists such as Phyllida Barlow. The practice of contemporary printmaking is celebrated with a diverse selection of work on sale, by professional artists, alumni, staff and of course the students. All proceeds raised from the fair will be channelled into scholarship funding for the Slade students.
The Slade School of Fine Art is an art school with a world leading reputation. The Slade makes a significant contribution to the field of contemporary art both nationally and internationally, and is currently rated No.1 in the 2014 Guardian university league table for Art and Design. With this in mind, the chance not only to view a showcase of upcoming talent, but to purchase a piece for yourself as well is an opportunity not to be missed! Book your place at a talk online now for free.
The fair will be running from 28th November – 30th November, taking place at the Slade Research Centre, Woburn Square. If you’re unable to make it to the fair itself, an online auction will be available to participate in.
Ever supporting budding artists, Cass Art has supplied the Slade School with printing materials for their fair – if you feel inspired, head to our online shop to collect everything you need to get printing.
