If you've never used a chalk marker before, then why not start with the very best?

  • The Pentel Chalk Marker gives you a straightforward way to create menus, signs and other designs on chalk boards and on glass.
  • The liquid chalk creates semi-permanent effects that won't run off in a light shower, but you can easily erase them with a damp cloth when you need to.
  • The value-activated flow of pigment-based ink makes it easy to get the effects you want.

You can use this white Pentel Chalk Marker to create lines between 2mm and 4mm thick, so it's ideal for more detailed designs, or large amounts of text, such as menus.

Q&A (2)
Q What are these pens used for?

Choosing one pen over another will depend on various factors such as the type of mark, surface, scale, type of ink and style of working. Chalk markers use an opaque non-permanent liquid ink and would best suit the application of temporary markings on non-absorbent surfaces such as glass, metal or chalk boards. These tend to be used for signage.

Q What is the opacity of the ink?

This pen has an opaque ink, ideal for layering colour or working on dark surfaces.
