Pebeo Gedeo A Charming Little Hand is a complete kit for casting hands and feet.
A Charming Little Hand Kit contains: 250g moulding alginate, 500g resin plaster and full instructions.

This kit comes with a set of instructions. To make the mould, it's 2 parts water to 1 part alginate. This will set in approximately 10 minutes. Then you can pour in the plaster, which is 3 parts plaster to 1 part water. Remember to wear gloves when using plaster.
Alginate moulds can usually only be used once as they tend to break but some sculptures will use them more than once if they are very careful.

This is an easy kit which I could do that, and it is a great kit for people who have never cast anything before, however, it was a little expensive for the amount of product given. |
