To return items, please contact us by email on cassartcare@cassart.co.uk or by phone on +44 (0)20 7619 2601 to let us know.

We'll then send you a free returns label or organise a collection, free of charge as long as it is in a resellable condition and within 14 days.

Once we've recieved your return we'll process tha package and the refund should be back in your account within 48 hours.

27th January 2018 Reviewed by Adrian Coulman An excellent product - many imitations but none as good as the original X brand. - These are much superior to the cheap alternatives sold by the DIY chain stores as they have hardened steel pins that do not bend when used on brick.
