To return items, please contact us by email on cassartcare@cassart.co.uk or by phone on +44 (0)20 7619 2601 to let us know.

We'll then send you a free returns label or organise a collection, free of charge as long as it is in a resellable condition and within 14 days.

Once we've recieved your return we'll process tha package and the refund should be back in your account within 48 hours.

Q May I ask does this kind of card can be printed by home printer, please?
A

It is possible to print on Canford Card, however as it is 300gsm sometimes certain printers won't take it as it is too thick. If this is the case you could use the thinner Canford Paper, which is 150gsm. 

Q Is this paper acid free?

26th September 2014 Reviewed by smjenkinson I ordered a pack of Daler A1 Ice White card for using in my design portfolio. The card is nice quality and sturdy enough for mounting artwork onto without being too heavy. It comes in a pack of 10 sheets and works out at good value compared to other retailers. Really happy with it and will be ordering more from Cass soon.
