Description

This Sennelier La Carte Pastel Pad contains 12 sheets of card specially prepared to make an ideal surface for soft pastels, charcoal and pencil. 

  • This is a premium product from a French colour-maker famed for its pastels.
  • The 360gsm, acid-free surface is hand-coated with vegetable flakes and cork to create a tooth that is smooth but allows pastels to sit with a minimum of fixing.

The Sennelier La Carte Pastel Pad measures 30cm x 40cm and contains 2 two sheets each of Antique White, Sand, Sienna, Light Blue Grey, Light Grey and Charcoal.

We'll then send you a free returns label or organise a collection, free of charge as long as it is in a resellable condition and within 14 days.

Once we've recieved your return we'll process tha package and the refund should be back in your account within 48 hours.

Q What medium does this paper suit best?
A

This paper comes in a variety of colours, and can be used to stylize your pastel works. These tend to be used to create mood in your work. Using a red paper will make an image of a sunset feel warmer than if drawn onto a white surface for example.

26th July 2015 Reviewed by Lisa Shearing I haven't used pastels for many years and have just purchased a set of pastels with a gift voucher. I mainly paint on canvas with acrylics so I like something a bit more solid to work on than paper. This product meets that demand. It has the firmness of card and the pastels look so vibrant on it. I would definitely recommend this product to fellow artists using pastels. Being more robust than paper, it allows you to be more expressive.
