Nitram produces its charcoal using a unique process that maintains the wood’s cell structure which increases the charcoal's durability and helps prevent breakage. Nitram charcoal doesn't break like willow or vine do, and feels much less brittle. Also you produce less dust when working expressively.

We'll then send you a free returns label or organise a collection, free of charge as long as it is in a resellable condition and within 14 days.
Once we've recieved your return we'll process tha package and the refund should be back in your account within 48 hours.
