To return items, please contact us by email on cassartcare@cassart.co.uk or by phone on +44 (0)20 7619 2601 to let us know.

We'll then send you a free returns label or organise a collection, free of charge as long as it is in a resellable condition and within 14 days.

Once we've recieved your return we'll process tha package and the refund should be back in your account within 48 hours.

28th October 2017 Reviewed by JANIS GALBRAITH The pencils are lovely. They are smooth and blend very well, and produce great effects on both smooth and textured paper. I would recommend them for both portraits and detailed work on landscapes. For example, they are great for foreground work such as tree branches and flowers on a watercolour background wash.
