Description

Winsor & Newton are committed to making The World’s Finest Artists’ Materials, so it's no surprise that their Kneaded Putty Rubbers are an essential tool for any artist.

  • These are "plastic" or "putty" erasers, which you can mould to a fine point and use to erase the tiniest details and to pick out highlights.
  • They're equally effective on pencil, chalk and charcoal, erasing effectively without smearing.

We sell two sizes of Winsor & Newton Kneaded Putty Rubbers: large and medium.

6th September 2016 Reviewed by Kim Perman I use the putty rubbers for my drawings especially when painting tonal work as they lift the graphite easily and without damaging the paper. I like the fact you can tear off a small amount and mould it into a point for very small areas.

29th July 2016 Reviewed by Anna Bessarabova This Kneaded Putty Rubber was recommended me by my teacher. Kneaded Putty Rubber compare to normal eraser not heart paper surface this is very important in watercolours.
It is really clean pencil very gently.
I will recommend it for people who use pencil draw before painting with watercolours.

11th November 2014 Reviewed by Wolfango Chiappella I noticed to be stickier than other putty rubbers I used before. It leaves your hands very sticky unless you keep the protective film on. Once used on paper it create a very thin sticky film on which it's impossible to draw again, so beware, use it only at the end to create highlights.
