It's filled with non-fading, water-resistant pigmented ink, which flows smoothly and consistently, and has a useful ink level window showing the amount of ink left in the reservoir.

We'll then send you a free returns label or organise a collection, free of charge as long as it is in a resellable condition and within 14 days.
Once we've recieved your return we'll process tha package and the refund should be back in your account within 48 hours.
