Kirk Bell’s cartographic landscapes are informed and inspired by processes and features of geology, ecology, hydrology, and meteorology. Some landscapes also reference human culture. The paintings are acrylic or mixed media on canvas.
Kirk Bell is a retired secondary science teacher. His works include acrylic and mixed media on canvas, acrylic on Perspex, cross-stitch, and photography. Originally from the United States, he now lives permanently in Surbiton.
