Description

The Mabef M02 is a double studio easel with crank for easy height adjustment.

  • The M02 easel has a minimum height of 2.05m and maximum 3.9m.
  • It weighs 42kg and supports canvases of up to 2.35m high and 40kg in weight.
  • The boxed size is 162 x 104 x 33cm.

Mabef’s M02 studio easel is perfect for use with very large canvases or for accommodating two smaller sized canvases.

25th August 2020 Reviewed by Rachel Owen I absolutely love my new double easel. I have found with my other easels that they shake or wobble when I'm painting however this double easel is so sturdy. It was easy to sort once the giant parcel arrived there wasnt much assembly required. I love it, honestly its fab.

I don't know how I survived with a three legged easel for all these years. The handle is removable so canvases can also rest on the feet when working up top. Go big or go home!

22nd September 2016 Reviewed by SMITHSON LUCILLE I cannot rate this product highly enough.

For starters it is sturdy, so no more shifting around as you paint. It also can hold two separate canvases at the same time or one really large one. I like this because sometimes I work on one while another is drying and before I'd have to find a space for the 'wet' one to sit while I worked on the other.

The crank makes it dead easy to lift up and down - my old easel required a two step thing of having to adjust it and then screws at the back each time, this one is just the crank.

It has wheels, which is just fantastic, so no more having to remove a canvas and then lift the easel if you want to move it or adjust the position.

It also has stoppers to put on the front so when you find a place you are happy with and don't want the easel to wheel around you lower the stoppers on the front.

It was surprisingly easy to put together - I could have done it myself were it not so heavy - so two hands are probably a better idea. Also check the dimensions of your space as it's it's quite wide and also goes quite high when you heighten it.

Great product, would (and have already) recommended to friends.
