MINDFUL DRAWING - WALK & SKETCH WORKSHOP

MINDFUL DRAWING - WALK & SKETCH WORKSHOP

17th May 2024

Join us for Mindful Drawing – Walk & Sketch Workshop as part of Mental Health Awareness Week, led by artist Hugo Lami. Beginning at Cass Art Kensington, participants can purchase discounted sketching kits before heading out for a calming two-hour sketching walk through nearby Holland Park. Through a series of reflective and emotionally engaging prompts, the group will explore drawing as a mindful and expressive tool. The session concludes with a relaxed group reflection, celebrating creativity and connection in nature.
