Description

Author: Daler Rowney

The Daler-Rowney Colour Wheel is a simple way to learn about colour relationships.

  • It helps you to visualise how colours relate to one other and how they can be blended.
  • Simply select a colour on the outside wheel, align it with a colour on the inside wheel, and the result you'd get from blending the two appears in the window.

The Daler-Rowney Colour Wheel is 13cm in diameter.

2nd December 2015 Reviewed by Asma Patel Lovely item. Can be used to see how to mix colours. But includes much more information than that- defines artistic terms re: colour such as hue, tone etc. I was doubtful at first whether I needed one as i have broadly figured out colour mixing. I am a beginner. The visual representation of the wheel seems to clarify my thinking on colours in a lovely way. Would recommend it to all painters.

11th November 2014 Reviewed by Wolfango Chiappella This is a must have for all the painters out there. It helps on the colour tonality, tint, shade and temperature. Furthermore the back of it features another useful colour chart with split complementary, triad and tetrad colour. If like me you find colours difficult, this can change your habits and solve many problems. I would highly recommend this product to anyone interested in colours and their application.
