This Kensington Easel from Daler Rowney is a robust studio easel made from beechwood.

  • It can be adjusted to any angle, and can be tilted and secured with fly bolts at two points instead of one.
  • This makes it much more versatile than most other easels out there; the unique feature means the top can be adjusted to a horizontal position.
  • Ideal for working with watercolour and diluted oils and acrylics, it can even be set up as a table!

This easel can hold canvases and board with a maximum height of 122cm and weighs 12kg.

29th September 2016 Reviewed by norman new I was concerned that this would need complex assembly so I was pleased to find it already assembled. It is very simple to adjust and appears to be well constructed. I look forward to years of service.

20th August 2016 Reviewed by Jeff Cooper Not had chance to use the easel has yet as only received in the last few days, but very pleased with the quality & the versatility of the easel, ie can use vertical or horizontal. Will be using it for both painting in acrylics & airbrush work on large canvas & board.

21st May 2016 Reviewed by David Lewis This easel has come up to my expectations and because of its versatility it will replace two easels in my studio. The quality of construction and the fittings are good and once used the easel is easy to adjust.
I have often mentioned Cass Art to my friends when discussing art supplies and I would recommend this easel for those who paint on a moderate scale.
Right now it is bright and shiny having only been delivered last Monday, but it will be used most days and inevitably get paint splattered.
