This Daler-Rowney Langton Watercolour Pad Hot Pressed has been popular with watercolour artists for years, and once you try it you’ll soon see why.

  • Langton paper is colour-stable, mould-made and acid-free, to prevent deterioration over time.
  • This hot-pressed variety has a smooth surface that’s best suited to producing very fine detailing.
  • Daler-Rowney Langton Watercolour Pads are gummed, making it easy to remove the sheets, and each contains 12 sheets of 300gsm paper.

No it's not. All watercolour papers made by Daler Rowney are made from the highest quality wood pulp and cotton fibres.

4th December 2017 Reviewed by Fern Dixon I really love this paper, I much prefer a smoother finish on watercolour paper and in my mind this is the best! Other Hot-pressed papers I've tried have felt almost waxy and resistant to moisture but The Langton hot-pressed works exactly in the same way as its cold pressed paper. I also think the branding colour change of the pad makes it clearer to new buyers that this is the hot-pressed paper as it is in 'hot' tones. I'll keep using this paper as long as they keep making it.
