27th April 2017 Reviewed by Diane Umemoto I've only just started using the block, and so far I'm quite satisfied with it.It allows different techniques.I splash paint a lot when I'm making trees and occasionally use scraping (good), crinkling cling film (okay) and salt (still working on that to get the absorption rate right). This is the first time I'm using a Winsor and Newton block; so far so good.
