The Seawhite Hardbacked Watercolour Book is a stylish book that’s perfect for taking out and about with you.

  • The paper is a cold-pressed , or "not", finish with a medium texture that’s ideal for most watercolour techniques.
  • It’s a heavyweight 350gsm, and does not require stretching.
  • The grey natural cloth covers are both tough and attractive, while the spiral binding makes it easy to open up and fold over the book while you’re working, as well as to remove pages if you need to.

5th August 2016 Reviewed by Wendy Garratt I bought this for sketching en Plein Air. The pages are a good weight - heavy enough not to need stretching but light weight enough to carry about in my bag.

The spiral binding is not as tight and restrictive as many other spiral pads. There is no tension or pulling at the spine when you turn the pages over to the back of the book, which means the spiral doesn't start to bend and open, which can lead to pages beginning to unbind in some spiral books.

A great product for taking out and about.
