We offer the following delivery options to suit your needs:

NEXT DAY WORKING DAY- £7.95 UP TO £50 & £3.95 BETWEEN £50-£100 & £1.95 OVER £100

Order by 2pm Mon-Fri. 1 Working Day.

Orders are dispatched by DPD or Evri on the day of order to ensure delivery the next day. However, if you order before 2pm on a Friday, please note that your order will not be delivered until the following Monday because of the weekend. Any orders placed after 2pm on a Friday will not be delivered until the following Tuesday.

This delivery option is fully trackable through the DPD or Evri website. To track your order please click through the link in your order confirmation. If you enter your mobile number at the checkout stage then the courier will also text you on the morning of your delivery to inform you of your one hour delivery slot. You can then rearrange the delivery day with via text message if that time is inconvenient for you.

If your delivery address is in an outlying postcode, please see our Highland and Islands and Guernsey and Jersey section below for available delivery options.

If your delivery address is in one of the following postal areas: AB (31- 56), FK (17-21), IV (1-63), KW (1-17), PA (20-49), PA (60-78), PH (16-26), PH (30-40), PH (42-44), PH (49-50), HS (1-9), HS (40-51), KA (27-28), ZE (1-3), JE (1-5), IM (1-99), GY(1-10), GX(11) or all other offshore destinations, then your order will be shipped out via Evri (Hermes) or DPD’s Highlands & Islands service. GUERNSEY AND JERSEY - £8.95 UP TO £50 & £4.95 OVER £50

Orders delivered to the Channel Islands are exempt of VAT. 5 Invoices will be attached to the exterior of box and there may be a delay passing customs. Delivery can take 3-5 working days and are tracked and signed for. Please note - flammable spirits such as Aerosols spirits and varnishes are excluded as can only be shipped to UK mainland via road only.

Unfortunately orders to these postal areas cannot be sent via our UK Standard and Next Working Day service.

CLICK & COLLECT - FREE OVER £30

FREE across all stores on orders over £30.

Our Click and Collect service is unavailable for orders under £30.

Your order will be available to collect in 2 working days, and you will receive an email to confirm that it is ready to be picked up. Kindly check your spam and junk folders to ensure you don't miss your order notification. Please ensure you have a copy of your order confirmation, either as a print out or viewable on your phone, when you go to collect your order as well as a form of identification.

Larger-sized items, including easels and bigger canvases, are currently not available for our click & collect service. Please note that all eligible products for click & collect will clearly state so on their respective product pages. Please refer to the product details for information regarding availability for click & collect.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY - AVAILABLE UNDER 75€

CANCELLATIONS

Of course, we understand if you have to cancel an item. If we cannot cancel your order, you have 14 days from date of delivery to inform us you wish to return your order, and a further 14 days to return the items to our Warehouse. BANK HOLIDAY

Customer services will not be open on Bank Holiday, and there will be no deliveries/collections on this day.

DELAYS

We endeavour to ensure we meet our promised delivery times however, on occasion, there may be delays outside of our control. This can be due to demand during busy periods such as Sale & Christmas, as well as external courier delays, adverse weather and traffic delays. We will try our best to communicate known issues at point of order or as they arise, but cannot be held liable for any delays or failure to deliver which are beyond our control. This does not affect your statutory rights, and should you have any other queries or problems with your order do not hesitate to contact our friendly Customer Care team.

SPLIT PACKAGES

Whilst we make every effort to ship your items together there may be occasions where we need to divide your order into multiple shipments. This is mostly due to product shape and size, and to ensure the safe and secure delivery of your materials. Our couriers aim to deliver your full order on the same date however, they may arrive at different times.
