PanPastels are artist-quality pastels presented in a unique pan format. These pastels feature minimal binders and fillers for a clean and vibrant finish. Because of their ultra-soft consistency, they can be applied like paint and even erased if needed. Best of all, there's no drying time required. PanPastels are highly versatile and compatible for use with a range of media, including pastel sticks, pencils, markers, and inks.
PanPastels can be applied to all types of surface from smooth vellum right through to surface with siginifcant tooth.
