There’s a few Changes to the way you shop with us
Here are a range of measures we are introducing in our stores, to keep everyone as safe and comfortable as possible.
Keeping our distance
We ask you to please respect social distancing guidelines and wear a face covering whilst in stores.
Follow the signs to guide you through the store safely
We have put in place signage in store to guide you through the store safely.
We need to limit the number of customers in store at one time
Our team will be monitoring the door to ensure we limit the number of customers in store at any one time to allow everyone to keep 2 metres apart when shopping. We appreciate your patience if you do need to wait before entering.
Help yourself to sanitiser on your way in
Sanitising areas will be set up in store for you to use during your visit.
Our teams will be ensuring that hygiene standards are adhered to, therefore they could be in masks and gloves, to help keep us all safe.
Card only payments
We will only be accepting card payments, with contactless payment requested wherever possible. For purchases over this value which require a pin, our card machines will be cleaned frequently. We will have Perspex safety screens at our till points and may ask you to stand a little farther away than normal.
Our teams will be following social distancing guidelines at all times, which might mean it takes them a little longer than usual to serve you. Please bear with them, they are doing everything they can to help you under truly exceptional circumstances.
Until further notice all product trial areas in our stores will remain closed, however our expert Staff Artists will be on hand to provide you with any help, guidance and advice needed.
Events and Workshops
Events and Workshops will remain postponed until further notice, but we look forward to reintroducing these as soon as possible. We’ll notify you when they’re up and running via our Workshops page. Many of our guest artists and workshop providers have continued to work with us online, either through videos and live sessions on our social media platforms or step by step guides and interviews on our blog.
Click & Collect
Click & Collect is currently unavaliable at our stores.
Available on orders over £30 for free and delivery will take 2 working days.
We will email you to let you know when you can collect from store.
Please remember to bring your order confirmation and a form of photo identification such as a passport or drivers licence.
