Creativity is vital for our wellbeing, as it can have a positive impact on our mood, help us to de-stress and get into a state of flow. Join us for a weekly Art Journaling session with Dr. Sai Banerjee, an experienced teaching artist, art historian and calligrapher who is committed to promoting creativity as a wellness practice through Art and Calligraphy.
Art Journaling is a fun and simple way to incorporate creativity into your life. An art journal is a great place to experiment and try out different approaches to art without the pressure of creating a masterpiece. From simple mark making to elaborate mixed media art you will learn a variety of new skills; gain confidence in your artistic ability and develop an amazing creative habit that is enriching and nourishing.

Materials required: Bring your own art journal. All materials will be provided.
Tickets: £20 per session
