ENTER #DRAWFASHION 2020: THE LARGEST FASHION ILLUSTRATION COMPETITION
by Cass Art
#DRAWFASHION is back and we can't wait to see your entries! The competition is the brainchild of Rob Phillips – artist and Creative Director of the School of Fashion Design Technology in the London College of Fashion, and is now in its fifth year. The competition celebrates the imagination and skill of fashion illustration, an art form that captures the wonder of the fashioned body.
Open to students, emerging illustrators, artists and image makers, the largest fashion illustration competition encourages the exploration of fashion through observation, abstract experimental thinking and practice. From traditional and digital techniques to any other medium that drawing has been used in, whether in the process of development or final works of art, all interpretations are welcome.
#DRAWFASHION brings to light the most creative and outstanding work from students and recent graduates all over the UK and Republic of Ireland, and this year for the first time across 13 European countries: Belgium, Luxemburg, Netherlands, Germany, France, Poland, Czech Republic, Austria, Denmark, Italy, Spain, Portugal and Sweden. Cass Art are delighted to continue to sponsor the competition. The competition is open to all current further education, undergraduate, postgraduate students and artists who have graduates after 2015.
