  • Flagship Store Manager (Glasgow)

    Glasgow Permanent/Full time Details

    As the Store Manager of our Flagship Store in Glasgow you will be working as an integral part of the company retail business management function, optimising the commercial performance of one of our Flagship stores by identifying business opportunities to drive sales and promote products. Central to this will be you leading, inspiring and developing your team to achieve and exceed sales and profit targets set, as well as assist in growing the business through compliance, operational excellence, marketing development, business acumen and commercial flair.

    Desired Knowledge, Skills & Experience

    Experience of managing a standalone retail store (or Department Store floor) or a cluster of stores  

    Maximise revenue through events, promotions, workshops and activity in line with the Trade plan

    Proactively monitor store sales, developing strategies to strive to meet and exceed sales targets set

    Monitor retail performance and local sales trends; report on performance in the business area,

    Clearly and concisely communicate the business, and store objectives to the team to ensure they remain well informed of business and company activity and of their required contribution to those goals and targets

  • Store Manager (London)

    - Full Time Details

    As a Store Manager you will be working as an integral part of the company retail management function to lead and inspire your team to achieve and exceed sales and profit targets set, as well as assist in growing the business through compliance, operational excellence, business acumen and commercial flair. Responsible for the day to day running of the shop floor, together with direct line management responsibility for all Retail Sales Assistants, Key holder’s, Stock Assistants, Stock Supervisors, Supervisors, and Assistant Store Managers. We have an ambitious opening schedule of new stores around the UK and this rapid expansion programme offers a unique place to work within the High Street and provides many new opportunities for development and career progression.

    - Full Time Details

    As an Assistant Store Manager you will be working as an integral part of the company retail management function. Responsible for the day to day running of the shop floor, (sometimes unsupervised), our Assistant Managers work  with the team in an enthusiastic and energetic manner to ensure the achievement of sales targets in addition to a safe, secure, efficient and effective operation of all aspects of the Cass Art store.

You will be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills with the ability to quickly establish a rapport with customers as you work effectively as an ambassador of the Cass Art brand. A proactive and professional approach will be required in order to achieve and exceed sales targets set. The ability to work using your own initiative along with the other members of the team in order to maintain the standards of the department will also be essential.

    We are looking for candidates who can be fully flexible to cover 20 hours per week working across our London stores.

  • Key Holder (Islington)

    Islington, London Permanent/Part time Details

    Contributing to the success and smooth running of our Islington Flagship store the Key Holder will have responsibility in the absence of the Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager or Supervisor for store and security processes and procedures such as the opening and closing of the shop and the locking any secure areas of the store as well as providing assistance and excellent customer service.

    This role covers 35 hours per week.

    Our Retail Sales Assistants contribute to the success and smooth running of Cass Art retail stores through providing assistance and excellent customer service. You will be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills with the ability to quickly establish a rapport with customers as you work effectively as an ambassador of the Cass Art brand. A proactive and professional approach will be required in order to achieve and exceed sales targets set. The ability to work using your own initiative along with the other members of the team in order to maintain the standards of the department will also be essential.

  • Multi-Channel Customer Service Executive (Sales and VIP)

    - Permanent/Full time Details

    Due to a continued period of growth we are looking for an additional Multi - Channel Customer Service Executive to join our head office team. Reporting into the Multi-Channel Customer Services Supervisor and supporting the wider Customer Service and Ecommerce team the purpose of this role is to offer advice and support to our online customers, as well as building strong relationships with our high value customers.  Key to success in this role will be the ability to ensure the, that all customers are impressed with the service and advice we offer and that sales opportunities are instinctively capitalised upon.  

     Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

    • Pro-actively reaching out to potential customers to prospect for new business.
    • Understanding customers’ requirements and presenting appropriately, to engage the customer and were relevant making a sale.
    • Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers via telephone calls and emails.
    • Responding to incoming email and phone enquiries
    • Proactive account management for VIP customers to drive sales and improve service for our top customers
    • Log all consumer queries and feedback in a timely and professional manner across our website, social sites and any other forums or portals as required.
    • Assist in the development of a service strategy that supports our vision and commercial objectives.
    • Ensure high levels of customer excellence throughout all work performed.

  • E-commerce Assistant

    - Permanent/Full time Details

     We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated E-commerce Assistant to support our E-Commerce team. Key to success in this role will be exceptional administration and organisation skills, along with a wiliness and ability to learn more about our E-commerce function. As our business continues to grow, there will be opportunity to take on additional responsibilities and develop your E-commerce knowledge.

     Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

    •  Ensuring proper presentation of the online store
    • Execute new product set up - sourcing and create product  and category information as well as implement product price changes to ensure the site is maintained to a high standard
    • Working with the wider E-commerce team and Customer Engagement team to support with the maintenance and setting up of landing pages, events, store pages and blog articles.
    • Maximise customer engagement through timely execution of weekly web content updates, campaigns and offer content
    • Utilising Google Analytics, reporting on all weekly online best sellers, merchandising effectiveness and overall E-commerce performance
    • Merchandise the website to optimise the customer experience and sales including conducting  regular reviews of all parts of the website (looking at desktop and mobile view) to ensure that all content is on brand, adheres to the merchandising framework and delivers a market leading customer experience
    • Optimise on-site search, as well as the cross and up-sell capabilities of products on the site
    • Work with the Merchandising team to flag any issues for them to be able to manage sufficient stock levels

     Desired Knowledge Skills & Experience

    • Administration experience working for an online retailer, ideally within the ecommerce function
    • Numerate, with a high level of commercial acumen
    • Attention to detail coupled with exemplary organisational skills
    • Great communication and project management skills
    • Ability to work with a high volume of data
    • High proficiency in standard MS Office programs, particularly Excel
