    Glasgow Permanent / Full Time Details

    Our Supervisors are a key part of our Management teams. Assisting in the operational excellence and sales growth of the stores, they are responsible for the day to day running of the shop floor (sometimes unsupervised), together with direct line management responsibility for all Retail Sales Assistants and Key-holders.

    This role covers 32 hours per week.

    Our Retail Sales Assistants contribute to the success and smooth running of Cass Art retail stores through providing assistance and excellent customer service. You will be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills with the ability to quickly establish a rapport with customers as you work effectively as an ambassador of the Cass Art brand.  A proactive and professional approach will be required in order to achieve and exceed sales targets set. The ability to work using your own initiative along with the other members of the team in order to maintain the standards of the department will also be essential.

    We are looking for a Retail Sales Assistant who can cover 16 hours per week.

    Kingston, London Permanent / Full Time Details

    As a Supervisor in our Kingston Store you will be working as part of the wider store management team assisting in operational excellence and sales growth.     Due to a contunued period of growth we are now looking for a Store Manager  to join our new store opening in Westfield, Stratford. As a Store Manager you will be working as an integral part of the company retail management function.     Westfield Stratford, London Permanent / Part Time Details

    Due to a continuing period of growth we are now looking for a Stock Supervisor to join our new store openign in Stratford, Westfield. Thi role contributes to the success and smooth running of Cass Art retail stores through working alongside the Store Manager, Merchandising Department, Operations and Buying Department to maintain and manage stock inventory and procurement in store. Working as an integral member of the wider Store retail team, enhancing stock to shop floor stock availability, general stockroom management and deliveries.

    This role covers 30 hours per week.

    Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities:

    • Maintain and manage stock levels, planning and ordering of products and consumables.
    • Ensure that stock received is processed and available to the sales floor within agreed timescales.
    • Assist in the receipt of deliveries; unpacking and re-shelving or storing stock, ensuring all stock is safely stored and easily accessible in line with health and safety and merchandising guidelines.
    • Ensure product prices are properly priced/ labelled in line with trading standards.
    • Abide with legislative instructions with regards to sale (such as age restricted sales).
    • Keep up to date with Stock Availability, promotions, product changes and order processing development as directed by the Merchandising team.
    • Assist and conduct all product stock takes with the assistance/guidance of the Stock Operations & IT Controller.
    • Co-ordinate and produce lists of all damaged stock, and write offs on a weekly basis.
    • Proactively work with the Store Manager, Merchandising team, and operations team to identify system improvements and processes affecting the department.
    • Partake in the Merchandising/Stock room conference calls, providing insight, feedback and analysis when required.
    • Effectively communicate, where required, with the Merchandising team, Buying team and third party couriers to minimise any delivery problems.

    We are looking for an Assistant Manager to join our Kensington Store. As Assistant Manager you will be working as an integral part of the company’s retail management function. Working with the Store Manager you will be responsible for the day to day running of the shop floor, together with direct line management responsibility for all Retail Sales Assistants, Key Holder and Stock Assistant. You will also assist the Store Manager with the monitoring of store sales, contributing to ideas and strategies to strive exceed sales targets set.

  • Key Holder (Kingston)

    Kingston, London Permanent / Part Time Details

    Contributing to the success and smooth running of our Kingston  store the Key Holder will have responsibility in the absence of the Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager or Supervisor for store and security processes and procedures such as the opening and closing of the shop and the locking any secure areas of the store as well as providing assistance and excellent customer service. This role covers 32 hours per week.

  • Graphic Designer (Junior)

    - Permanent / Part Time Details

    Reporting to the Head of Design and working as part of the wider business commercial team, you will perform an integral function in the business, responsible for the output of print-based collateral, art working (with creative license when necessary) all print jobs to press ready standard. You will undertake a high volume of tasks such as POS, campaign production, digital assets including social media, printed marketing collateral and internal communications.

    You will have a good technical understanding of the production process, dealing directly with suppliers to ensure projects are delivered on time. You will be fluent in InDesign, Illustrator & Photoshop and have a good working knowledge of printing processes.

    With at least 2 years graphic design or creative art-working experience you will be comfortable working on your own and taking responsibility for the management of your own projects and quality control/troubleshooting issues. You must also have a flexible approach to the way you work, be down to earth and happy to help out in a small team environment.

    This position is part time, 3 days a week.

     Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

    • Production of all in-store signage. Ensuring this is kept up-to-date and in line with current design. Review on a 6-month cycle.
    • Design promotional materials for store events, workshops and exhibitions.
    • Support digital designer with design and production of digital assets including website, newsletters, social media.
    • Liaise with print suppliers when required, actively look for improvements here.
    • Retail knowledge or similar fast paced environment.

    • Graduate calibre candidate (degree in Graphic Design or equivalent desirable)

  • CRM Marketing Manager

    - Permanent / Full Time Details

    The role of the CRM Marketing Manager is key to the development and execution of Cass Art communication strategy. With the support of the Head of Marketing, you will champion the customer retention strategy and drive loyalty through CRM communications to online customers, Cass Art Rewards and Student loyalty programmes.

    We are looking for a strong communicator who has the ability to influence across all levels, in order to drive forward new initiatives which deliver more engaging and relevant marketing across all channels. The role requires a combination of strong analytical skills and technical knowledge of data management, together with creative flair to deliver communications which drive loyalty to Cass Art.

     Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities, (include but are not limited to):  

    • With support from the Head of Marketing, define and drive forward initiatives including the customer retention strategy, nursery program, customer research, development of the customer loyalty programmes and life cycle strategy.Develop and execute Cass Art’s CRM communications plan. End to end management of email communication execution including segmentation, briefing creative and building email through EPS.
    • Working with internal copy writers and designers as well as external partners and suppliers to deliver engaging and relevant content.
    • Day-to-day management and monitoring of the database, identifying trends or abnormalities.
    • On-going development of segments and personalisation capabilities to support our customer retention strategy.
    • Work with internal and store teams to manage and improve the day to day operation of our loyalty schemes.
    • Champion a data-driven approach to CRM planning; work collaboratively with wider Marketing, E-comm and the Finance team to share learnings and benchmark performance.
    • Promote excellence in the CRM channels and deliver internal communications to support strategic initiatives; communicating latest trends, results to tests and best practices to maintain engagement.

     Desired Knowledge Skills & Experience 

    • Have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in managing CRM Marketing, preferably within a retail business.
    • An experienced user of an ESP (Email Service Provider), competent with the principles of segmentation and building emails.
