  • Buyers Admin Assistant

    - Permanent/Full Time Details

    Reporting into the Buying Manager the role of Buyers Admin Assistant is a fast paced role in which you will be supporting the buying department with a focus on product data management, supplier liaison, sample management and store communication. Key to success in this role will be a strong administration skills set (including excel), coupled with the desire to learn from and support a busy department.

    MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES INCLUDE (BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO), THE FOLLOWING:

    • Manage the department critical path for all product development
    • Updating plans and reports with instruction of the wider team along with compiling and uploading all new product information and setting up new suppliers
    • Request and manage all product safety data sheets from suppliers and look after the process of yearly price changes from all suppliers
    • Co-ordinate all samples in and out of the business, ensure the sample cupboard is organised and manage all sample requests
    • Respond to all queries from our Stores and Head Office regarding supplier/product information, product signage and pricing and product stickering
    • Brief all product signage to the design team and ensure timely delivery to stores
    • Responsible for creating all promotions lists and communicating these to stores
    • Co-ordinate all product photography and product descriptions for our ecommerce site
    • Organising and communicating all department meetings and events
    • Carry out store visits to check on product pricing, signage and promotions

    THE CANDIDATE:

  • Graphic Designer

    - Permanent Details

    Reporting to the Senior Graphic Designer and working as part of the wider business commercial team, you will perform an integral function in the business, responsible for graphic design, delivery of creative initiatives for the company’s in-store, online and external initiatives. You will undertake a high volume of design led tasks such as POS, digital, printed marketing collateral, and internal communications. You will have a good technical understanding of the production process, dealing directly with suppliers to ensure projects are delivered on time. You will be fluent in InDesign, Illustrator & Photoshop and ideally have a good knowledge of Litho and digital printing.

    With 2 – 3 years’ experience as a Graphic Designer you will be comfortable working on your own and taking responsibility for the management of your own projects and quality control/troubleshooting issues. You must also have a flexible approach to the way you work, be down to earth and happy to help out in a small team environment.

     Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

    •  Design and creation of a high volume of Cass Art newsletters to a high standard.
    • Create all digital assets for website and social media, ensuring they are in line with company campaigns/offers and ahead of key competitors.
    • Work closely with the Senior Graphic designer around business projects and independently manage projects delegated to you.
    • Work closely with the Buying team to create in store pricing signage
    • Support the Senior Graphic Designer and creative team to create campaign design, ensuring that the creative is optimised to work both in-store and online.

    • Research and report on current trends in image and typography, and where appropriate incorporate into brand communications.

  • Multi-Channel Customer Services Executive

    - Temporary/Full Time Details

    Reporting into the Multi-Channel Customer Services Supervisor and supporting the wider Customer Service and Ecommerce team, the Multi-Channel Customer Service Executive will offer advice and support to our online customers.  Key to success in this role will be the ability to ensure that all customers are impressed with the service and advice we offer.

    We are looking for candidates who can support our team on a temporary basis for 6 months.

     Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

    • Answer customer emails and phone calls, including advising on our current product range as well as making suggestions
    • Understanding customers’ requirements to engage the customer and, where relevant, making a sale.
    • Maintaining and develop relationships with existing customers via telephone calls and emails.
    • Ensuring that emails are cleared within 24 hours from being received and follow-ups done in 24 hours.
    • Work closely with the warehouse and other 3rd parties to resolve any dispatch issues.
    • Adhoc customer/delivery/ecommerce analysis.
    • Ensure high levels of customer excellence throughout all work performed.

  • Marketing Executive (Campaigns and Content)

    - Permanent/ Full Time Details

    The role of the Marketing Executive-Campaigns and Content is key to the development and delivery of our customer-centric multi-channel marketing objectives and Cass Art’s wider business strategy. Reporting to the Head of Customer Engagement, you will utilise your broad range of skills to create engaging and inspiring marketing communications. This may include-handling copywriting, build and deployment of the company’s campaign emails, blog content, advertising, store collateral, and PR outreach, all with the aim of building brand awareness and inspiring and enticing customers to want to shop at Cass Art and love the experience whilst doing so.

    MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES INCLUDE (BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO), THE FOLLOWING:

    • Working in our small fast paced Marketing team to confidently implement multiple campaigns in order to support our brand mission, commercial targets, and ultimately grow our customer base and sales
    • Supporting the Head of Customer Engagement to develop and maintain Cass Art’s customer communications plan.
    • Build relationships with internal teams and external partners to generate engaging, relevant and accurate content. This includes (but is not limited to) - campaign messaging, content to increase awareness of the brand mission and manifesto, on trend and relevant content from the art industry.
    • Working closely across departments (particularly with our in-house Design and Ecommerce teams) in order to build campaign emails, create point of sales along with curation and creation of our blog to deliver a seamless multi-channel experience for customers
    • Develop and nurture relationships with key press contacts and write and distribute press releases to drive sales and promote the Cass brand and products amongst our target audience
    • Reporting on campaign return on investment to ensure we get maximum benefit from our advertising partnerships and sponsorships, planning and executing the requirements for these
    • Analyse and feedback on the performance of communications to drive continual improvement in line with KPI’s and company sales objectives.
    • Manage the primary copywriting needs of the business, ensuring our tone of voice is consistent across all content and channels.

    THE CANDIDATE

    • Minimum 2 years campaigns and/or content marketing experience in a B2C environment, ideally with experience working for a multichannel retailer 
    • Working knowledge of an Email Service Provider and/or Customer Relationship Management system

    Kingston, London Temporary/ Part Time Details

    Contributing to the success and smooth running of our Kingston store the Key Holder will have responsibility in the absence of the Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager or Supervisor for store and security processes and procedures such as the opening and closing of the shop and the locking any secure areas of the store as well as providing assistance and excellent customer service.

    This is a 12 month contract covering 32 hours per week

  • In-Store Paint Specialist (London)

    - Permanent /Full Time Details

    The In-Store Paint Specialist will have excellent product knowledge coupled with the ability to reach out to the artist community, develop relationships and gain an understanding of the tools that they require.

    Main responsibilities/duties include (but are not limited to) the following:

    • Shop floor sales and customer service including driving customer loyalty and rewards card sign ups.
    • Develop and build relationships with Professional Artists.
    • Make recommendations to the buying team on key products you believe, via discussion with the artist’s community, that artists desire in our stores.
    • Commercially review products and feedback to management on performance and ideas on how to improve this.
    • Utilising commercial reports to understand category performance and make recommendations for improvements.
    • Build and maintain relationships with the Buying team and VM to support opportunities to leverage the paint department.

    Desired knowledge, skills and experience:

    • Rounded knowledge of paint, including but not limited to; oil, watercolour, acrylic.
