  • Student Programmes Assistant

    - Temporary Details

    We are looking for 3 dynamic graduates to represent Cass Art at Freshers Fairs and our Student Days across the country, to spread the word about how Cass Art supports students

    Tasks Include:

    • Travelling to Freshers Fairs to set up stands.
    • Handing out goodie bags and promoting our Student Days.
    • Helping out at our Student Days, from handing out Free Popcorn to engaging students in collaborative projects art work.
    • Signing students up to the Cass Art Cobalt Blue card for 10% off everything.
    • Working closely with Cass Art’s Customer Engagement Team to promote Student Activity on social media and email.

     Key Skills:

    • Outgoing and confident.
    • Ability to work in a high pace, busy environment.
    • Good with people and a natural salesperson.
    • An interest in Art & Design.
    • Existing knowledge of the Cass Art brand.

    We are looking for candidates who can be available throughout September and the first week of October, Mondays to Fridays only.

    We welcome applications from candidates who are current students or recent graduates in the London area.Travel and overnight stays will be required and full training will be given in our London Head Office. Travel and accommodation expenses will be covered. Please note that individuals will be hired as freelance and are responsible for their own tax returns etc. 

  • Stock Supervisor (London)

    Elsewhere, Full Time/ Permanent Details

    Our Stock Supervisors contribute to the success and smooth running of Cass Art retail stores through working alongside the Store Manager, Merchandising Department, Operations and Buying Department to maintain and manage stock inventory and procurement in store. Working as an integral member of the wider Store retail team you will be responsible for enhancing stock to shop floor stock availability, general stockroom management and deliveries.

    • Experience using retail stock control systems.

    Birmingham Permanent/Part time Details

    Our Retail Sales Assistants contribute to the success and smooth running of Cass Art retail stores through providing assistance and excellent customer service. You will be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills with the ability to quickly establish a rapport with customers as you work effectively as an ambassador of the Cass Art brand.  A proactive and professional approach will be required in order to achieve and exceed sales targets set. The ability to work using your own initiative along with the other members of the team in order to maintain the standards of the department will also be essential.

    This role covers 32 hours per week.

  • Key Holder (London)

    - Permanent/ Full Time Details

    Contributing to the success and smooth running of our Soho store the Key Holder will have responsibility in the absence of the Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager or Supervisor for store and security processes and procedures such as the opening and closing of the shop and the locking any secure areas of the store as well as providing assistance and excellent customer service.

  • Store Manager (London)

    - Full Time Details

    As a Store Manager you will be working as an integral part of the company retail management function to lead and inspire your team to achieve and exceed sales and profit targets set, as well as assist in growing the business through compliance, operational excellence, business acumen and commercial flair. Responsible for the day to day running of the shop floor, together with direct line management responsibility for all Retail Sales Assistants, Key holder’s, Stock Assistants, Stock Supervisors, Supervisors, and Assistant Store Managers. We have an ambitious opening schedule of new stores around the UK and this rapid expansion programme offers a unique place to work within the High Street and provides many new opportunities for development and career progression.

    Previous Store Management experience.

    Proven track record of exceeding sales and profit targets through inspirational leadership, coaching, business development and customer service.

    - Full Time Details

    As an Assistant Store Manager you will be working as an integral part of the company retail management function. Responsible for the day to day running of the shop floor, (sometimes unsupervised), our Assistant Managers work  with the team in an enthusiastic and energetic manner to ensure the achievement of sales targets in addition to a safe, secure, efficient and effective operation of all aspects of the Cass Art store.
