    Manchester Permanent / Part Time Details

    As a Supervisor in our Manchester Store you will be working as part of the wider store management team assisting in operational excellence and sales growth. This role is also responsible for the day to day running of the shop floor (sometimes unsupervised), together with supporting the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in direct line management responsibility for all Retail Sales Assistants and Key Holders.

    This role covers 32 hours per week over 5 days.

  • Stock Supervisor (Kingston)

    Kingston, London Permanent / Part Time Details

    We currently have a Stock Supervisor position available in our Kingston store. This role contributes to the success and smooth running of Cass Art retail stores through working alongside the Store Manager, Merchandising Department, Operations and Buying Department to maintain and manage stock inventory and procurement in store. Working as an integral member of the wider Store retail team, enhancing stock to shop floor stock availability, general stockroom management and deliveries.

    This role covers 30 hours per week.

    Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities (include but are not limited to): 

    • Maintain and manage stock levels, planning and ordering of products and consumables.
    • Ensure that stock received is processed and available to the sales floor within agreed timescales.
    • Assist in the receipt of deliveries; unpacking and re-shelving or storing stock, ensuring all stock is safely stored and easily accessible in line with health and safety and merchandising guidelines.
    • Ensure product prices are properly priced/ labelled in line with trading standards.

  • Fine Art Paper Specialist

    Islington, London Permanent / Part Time Details

    As the Category Manager for the surface category (paper, pads & canvases), your role will be to grow the surface category of our business by offering expert advice to our customers and our staff in our Islington Flagship store. You will work with key departments such as buying, merchandising and marketing, to help launch new surface products, and to input into future product development. You will also suggest ways of improving our existing ranges, as well as supporting with the training and sales development of these categories in store.

    This role covers 30 hours per week.

     Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

    • Be accountable and manage the surface floor in our Islington store.
    • Assist Cass Art customers with any queries relating to goods in these categories and their purchase.
    • Make recommendations to the buying team re: key products which you believe artists desire in our stores or of any problems arising, consisting of weekly feedback
    • Work with the stock team to ensure regular inventory checks are completed
    • Liaise with the Ecommerce dept. and customer services to ensure that all queries re: Surface categories can be answered; using your specialist knowledge to support in this area.

    Based in our Camden Head Office, the role of the Marketing Executive – Campaigns & Content is key to the development and delivery of our customer-centric multi-channel marketing objectives and Cass Art’s wider business strategy. Working in our small fast paced Marketing team, you will be required to confidently implement multiple campaigns to support our brand mission, commercial targets, and ultimately grow our customer base and sales.

    • With support and direction from the Marketing Manager - Campaigns & Content and wider Marketing Team, develop and maintain Cass Art’s customer communications plan
    • Build relationships with internal teams and external partners/suppliers to generate engaging, relevant and accurate content
    • Manage the execution of the email communications plan, working closely across departments to deliver a seamless multi-channel experience for customers.

  • Marketing Manager - Campaigns and Content

    - Permanent / Full Time Details

    The Marketing Manager (Campaigns & Content) role, reports to the Head of Marketing, is responsible for leading campaign planning and briefing process, ensuring a consistent on-brand customer journey is delivered across all channels, in line with commercial campaign objectives, with a particular focus on CRM and email communications. This role works closely with the Head of Marketing, using data and insight to develop a communications strategy for customer acquisition and retention through outstanding levels of customer engagement and effective database segmentation.

    A broad range of skills is required including CRM and email marketing, a high level of creativity and customer focus, exceptional organisation and time management and excellent communication skills. Attention to detail and the ability to nurture and develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders is vital to success in this role.

     Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities: (Include but are not limited to);

        •   Lead campaign planning and briefing to ensure creative, engaging campaigns are delivered to the highest possible standard consistently across all communications channels. Working closely with Retail and Ecommerce Teams to ensure we are meeting trade driving and commercial objectives.

        •   With support from Head of Marketing and agency support team, oversee the day-to-day management, monitoring and analysis of the customer database and ensure the best use of segmentation and targeting in CRM communications.

        •   Together with the Head of Marketing and supported by Marketing Executive, create, execute  and continuously review CRM communications which drive lead conversion, customer retention and loyalty.

       •   Work closely with the wider Marketing and Design Teams to develop and curate engaging content to support trade calendar and business objectives along with working with our Buying and Merchandising team to ensure product information is accurate.

       •   Work with our partner brands to develop new & exclusive content.

       •   Take ownership of the Cass Art brand Tone of Voice and oversee copy writing for other

           channels.

    - Permanent / Part Time Details

    As Customer Sales and Care Executive you will drive profitable sales and offer advice and support to our customers via phone, chat and email.  Key to success in this role is ensuring that the customer is at the heart of everything you do and that all customer interaction is positive to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

    This role covers 25 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

     Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

    • Answer customer emails and phone calls, including advising on our current product range as well as making further sales suggestions
    • Ensure high levels of customer excellence throughout all work performed.
    • Understanding the customers’ requirements by asking questions to engage the customer and where relevant, making a sale.
    • Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers via telephone calls and emails.
