GIFT CARDS

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Cass Art Gift Cards (including both electronic (e-certification) and physical formats) may be redeemed as full or part payment for eligible purchases made either in-store or online at www.cassart.co.uk. Physical Gift Cards are available for purchase in-store only.

Validity and Redemption
• Gift Cards are valid for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase.
• Gift Cards may be redeemed in multiple transactions, online and in-store until the available balance is reduced to zero or the expiry date is reached, whichever occurs first.
• Upon expiry, any unused balance will be forfeited, and the Gift Card will no longer be valid for redemption.
• Gift Cards are not transferable, refundable, or redeemable for cash under any circumstances.

Restrictions on Purchase and Use
• Gift Cards may not be purchased using other Gift Cards.
• Promotional discounts, offers, or paper voucher codes cannot be applied to the purchase of a Gift Card.
• Gift Cards are issued with a fixed value at the point of sale and cannot be reloaded or topped up once purchased. A new Gift Card must be purchased if additional credit is desired.

Refunds and Returns (Stores)
• Where goods purchased with a Gift Card are returned and a refund is approved, the value of the refund will be re-credited to the same Gift Card used in the original transaction.
• No alternative refund method will be provided for transactions originally completed with a Gift Card.
• The re-credited amount will remain subject to the original 12-month validity period from the date of the Gift Card's initial purchase.

Refunds and Returns (Online)
• Where goods purchased with a Gift Card are returned and a refund is approved, the value of the refund will be credited on the store customer profile and retained as a store credit.
• No alternative refund method will be provided for transactions originally completed with a Gift Card.
• The re-credited amount will remain subject to the original 12-month validity period from the date of the Gift Card's initial purchase.

Balance Enquiries
The balance remaining on a Gift Card may be checked at any time:
• Online at www.cassart.co.uk; or
• In-store with the assistance of a member of staff.

Lost or Stolen Cards
• Gift Cards should be treated as cash. Cass Art accepts no liability for any loss, theft, unauthorised use, or damage once the Gift Card has been issued.
• Cass Art is unable to replace, refund, or cancel Gift Cards that have been lost, stolen, or used without the cardholder’s permission.

Legacy Paper voucher in Store
• Gift vouchers purchased online prior to July 2025 remain valid and redeemable online only. If a customer wants to redeem in store, they now need to contact our customer care team directly (not via Store) - Please let them know they can get a full refund . Gift Paper Vouchers purchased in-store between July 2023 and July 2025 will still be redeemed in-store until the 1st of August 2026.
• For gift paper vouchers purchased in store and issued prior to July 2023, please contact our Customer Care team for assistance.

Right to Cancel
Cass Art reserves the right to cancel or suspend any Gift Card if there is reasonable belief that it has been obtained or used fraudulently, illegally, or in breach of these Terms and Conditions, or any misuse, or technical errors are suspected.
