1st March 2014 Reviewed by Dario Sassarini I use the knife for my favourite type of panting, impasto, and already bought this type of knife before. I prefer these ones due to the ergonomic feel to them and also they are more dexterous than wooden handled variant. I would buy more and have recommended them to colleagues.

Beautiful to handle, lovely spring to the blade- a favourite from the first moment.
