Artist & author Jake Spicer will be drawing 10-minute portraits live in store! Turn up to have a free portrait drawn and to buy signed copies of Jake's books.
WORKSHOPS
Join artist & author Jake Spicer for a free mini-workshop learning how to draw and colour an eye using Derwent's Drawing range of colour pencils. All abilities are welcome and no past drawing experience is required. The 45-minute long mini-workshops begin on the hour, every hour between 2-5pm. No booking is required and places will be allocated on a first served basis; free paper & drawing materials will be provided to use during the session.

Pith® You-do-Yuzu Workshop
Get hands-on with Pith® to build and take home your own one-of-a-kind Yuzu Notebook. Reusing colourful waste material, you will create a personalised cover, then follow it through the final stages of production, where we will deboss, bind and guillotine into your finished book.
While creating Pith Notebooks and Sketchbooks, waste materials are inevitably created. We have saved this beautiful recycled material and are directly re-applying it through various projects and workshops, avoiding the traditional recycling route, which has impacts from emissions to water consumption. Recycling is not the enemy, but we aim to reduce our impact and enhance the creative community by reusing these materials locally in engaging ways.
