A selection from Naomi's Survival Techniques

Breath deeply and just be. Sit with your feet up with your favourite book and a steaming cup of tea, try and take this time at home to fully recharge your batteries.

If you live with family, friends of loved ones you'll be spending a lot of time together over the next few weeks. Take advantage of this quality time, play a board game, crack out the Christmas Charades and enjoy this quality time. Or if you need to, spend time digitally with video and phonecalls spend your days chatting away into the evenings.

Taking your daily walk, or getting food shopping? In these times of high stress a smile can work complete wonders and breaking down those emotional mountains.

And for Naomi's final and vital Survival Technique. Love them? Tell them.
