WHAT IS CASS ART REWARDS?
Cass Art Rewards is our points-based rewards scheme. It’s a thank you, to you, for shopping with us. It’s easy too. Earn points every time you shop, then redeem them for money off future purchases. Plus, there’ll be other opportunities to boost and earn bonus points too. It works online and in store.
Do I need to join Cass Art Rewards to collect points?
Yes, you do. You must sign up to Cass Art Rewards to collect points and earn rewards. Signing up is quick and easy and can be done in-store or online at cassart.co.uk/rewards.

Do I need to be a Cass Art Rewards member to earn rewards?
Yes, you do. You must sign up to Cass Art Rewards to collect points and earn rewards. Signing up is quick and easy and can be done in-store or online at cassart.co.uk/rewards. If you don’t have one, you will automatically have a Cass Art account created for you, which will be linked to your email address and phone number. If you already have a Cass Art account, your Cass Art Rewards memberships will be linked to your account. T&Cs apply.
Do I need to provide a mobile phone number?
Yes, a mobile phone number is required to create your account. It will not be used for any other marketing purposes. So, don’t worry, you won’t be receiving unwanted messages from us!
How do I earn Points?
You collect points on the final amount you pay for eligible purchases (after discounts). Points are added to your account automatically when your purchase is linked to your account. You can also earn bonus points on special occasions and by letting us get to know you and your art practice better.
How many points do i collect on purchases?
Collecting points on purchases depends on your Rewards Tier and whether you’re buying Cass Art Own Brand products or other branded products:
Rewards. Everyone is automatically enrolled on this tier when you sign up

Rewards+. You move to this tier when you collect 2000 points or more in a 12 month period

How much are the points worth?
400 Points = £1.
You can redeem from 800 Points minimum.
Can I earn and redeem Points in-store?
Yes, you can. Simply ensure your purchase is linked to your account by providing your email address or phone number at the till.
When will my Points show up?
• In store purchases: Within a few minutes.
• Online purchases: Once your order is despatched.
Is there a maximum number of points I can earn?
No, there is no maximum limit. You can earn points on all eligible purchases whenever you shop with us in-store or online.
What are Cass Art Own Brand products?
These are our own-brand range products - labelled with a ‘Cass Art London’ logo. They are listed on our website here: www.cassart.co.uk/cass-art.
How do I get to Rewards+ tier?
To qualify for the REWARDS+ tier you’ll need to earn 2000 or more points over 12 months rolling period.
Do Points expire?
Yes - points are valid for 2 years from the date they’re added to your account. Eg: points earned on 01-03-2026 will expire at midnight on 01-03-2028.
How do I redeem Points or rewards in-store or online?
Points can be redeemed for money off future purchases, subject to a minimum of 800 Points.
When shopping in-store, simply provide your email address or phone number at checkout and any available rewards linked to your account will be highlighted. The staff member serving you will check if you want to redeem your reward or keep it for future purchases.
When shopping online, log in to your account, go to the “My Rewards” tab, copy an available coupon code, and apply it at checkout to redeem your reward.
If SAA members join Cass Art Rewards, points can only be earned on purchases made online or in-store. Orders placed over the phone are not eligible to earn points.
What happens if I return something?
If you return an item, the points earned on that item will be removed from your account. If you used a reward for money off and return the items, we’ll adjust your Points to reflect the returned item.
Is there a welcome bonus?
Yes! You can receive 500 bonus Points after completing our additional form by letting us get to know you and your art practice better. One welcome bonus per person.
Can I earn Points on delivery, gift cards, or services?
Afraid not. Delivery charges, purchases of gift cards/e-gift cards, or any other items we label as excluded at checkout won’t contribute to your rewards points.
Do you ever run double Points days?
Yes - we may run special events like double points days from time to time. We’ll share details and any exclusions close to the time of such events.
Can I combine Points with promotions?
In most cases, yes - you’ll see what’s available at checkout. Occasionally we may restrict combinations, but we’ll always make that clear at the time.
Can I redeem Points alongside other discounts?
Points may be redeemed alongside certain discounts, including SAA, Cobalt Blue Student and Viridian card holder discounts online, unless we state otherwise.
Student Discount (in-store) may also be used in conjunction with points redemption.
Please note that some coupons or promotions may not be combined, and any restrictions will be highlighted at checkout.
Will I receive SMS messages as a Cass Art Rewards member?
If you sign up in-store and provide your phone number, you will receive an SMS to help you complete your registration. We will not use SMS for regular marketing communications. Most updates about your Cass Art Rewards, including points and offers, will be sent via email or can be viewed under the ‘REWARDS’ tab in your account.
Where can I see my Points balance and tier?
You can view your points balance, available rewards and tier by logging into your account online and visiting the 'REWARDS' section.
