We hope that you enjoy the range of creative products we offer, but just in case, our returns policy is below. We recommend that you familiarise yourself with this prior to purchasing from our website.

HOW CAN I RETURN AN ITEM?

Please notify us at cassartcare@cassart.co.uk within 14 days of delivery if you would like to return your online order. You then have 14 days to return your item/s to us for a refund at your own expense via your chosen carrier.

We strongly advise that you return your items via a tracked service and obtain proof of postage. Cass Art cannot be held liable for return items lost or damaged in transit, and we recommend you insure high value returns.

Your refund will be processed within 14 days of receipt, once your return has been checked and is confirmed to meet our returns criteria – please see below:

• All returned items must be unopened, unused, and in a resaleable condition. Please note, if the returned items have been handled beyond what is necessary to establish their functionality, we reserve the right to deduct an amount from the reimbursement.

• All items must be adequately protected and repackaged for transport. Please note, we reserve the right to make a deduction from the refund for any items damaged in transit due to insufficient packaging.

• If you received a free gift with your purchase and your returned items, make your order fall below the qualifying amount you will need to return the free gift also in order for your refund to be processed. We apologize for any disappointment this causes.

• If you initially paid a delivery cost to ship the order to you, we will refund a standard delivery charge. If you chose a next working day delivery service, we do not refund the additional cost.

To ensure we can identify your return and process your refund. Please enclose a completed copy of our returns form below and send to:

Refunds that are accepted will be credited to the original payment method used to place the order. Please note, we are unable to issue refund receipts.

If you purchased using a gift certificate, your refund will be processed as store credit on to your online Cass Art account.

*We are happy to accept returns for any items purchased as Christmas gifts until 14th January, provided they meet our returns criteria.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

If for any reason, you wish to return a product bought from Cass Art, your statutory rights are not affected under the Distance Selling Regulations.

Aerosol Products - We are unable to accept returns of aerosols due to their hazardous and flammable nature which may be impacted by the conditions they are stored in during transit and/or the location they are returned from. Any issues you may have with the product, please contact us in store or online.
