Past Event: Masters Drawings, the White Chalk technique with Maria Murga

by Cass Art

Inspired by the National Gallery Exhibition 'Barocci: Brilliance and Grace'
Cass Art Islington
Saturday 18 May 12PM-5PM

Creating masterful drawings is easier when you learn and understand from the Great Masters. Cass Art offered an exclusive insight into Renaissance Masters’ drawing techniques and working methodology, where customers learnt how to approach making a realistic graphite and white chalk drawing as well as understanding light and form. For those with some drawing experience. Maria Mari Murga is an award winning artist specialising in the Renaissance Old Masters Techniques. She studied classical painting in Florence, Italy and works as a professional artist in London. Maria recently exhibited at The Royal Society of British Artists. Her work has been selected to be exhibited at The 20/21 International Art Fair, Royal College of Art and The Pastel Society Annual Exhibition, Mall Galleries.

Attendees also received a £1 off ticket offer for Barocci: Brilliance and Grace at The National Gallery.
