This C Roberson Impasto Medium will double oil paints for achieving impasto effects, when the paint is layered thick and textured.
Made with stand oil, dammar resin, turpentine and bleached beeswax to a recipe created in the 19th century, it is crack-resistant and dries to a matt finish.
Mixed one to one with your oil paint, C Roberson Impasto Medium retains the strength of colour while allowing you to build and define, showing brush or palette strokes.
