In the UK we deliver to Jersey, Guernsey and the Isle of Man, and all deliveries are tracked. Internationally we deliver to France, Ireland and Germany. We do not deliver to British Overseas Territories or Sovereign Base Areas. All of our deliveries require a signature and if you miss a delivery it can be rearranged.
We offer the following delivery options to suit your needs:
Standard Delivery - £3.95 - FREE over £50
Within 3-5 working days:
- If the order is under 750g then we will ship via a Royal Mail 48hr tracked service.
- If the order is over 750g we will ship via our couriers Hermes.
All orders over 750g will also require a signature and if you miss a delivery it can be rearranged.
Next Working Day Delivery - £7.95 - FREE over £75
Order by 2pm Mon-Fri.
Orders are dispatched by DPD Courier on the day of order to ensure delivery the next day. However, if you order before 2pm on a Friday, please note that your order will not be delivered until the following Monday because of the weekend. Any orders placed after 2pm on a Friday will not be delivered until the following Tuesday.
If you require your order to be delivered at a weekend, please select our Saturday Delivery option at the checkout.
This delivery option is fully trackable through the DPD website. To track your order please click through the link in your order confirmation. If you enter your mobile number at the checkout stage then DPD will also text you on the morning of your delivery to inform you of your one hour delivery slot. You can then rearrange the delivery day with DPD via text message if that time is inconvenient for you.

Next Working Day Delivery Before Noon - £9.95

Highlands and Islands - £6.95 - FREE over £50
If your delivery address is in one of the following postal areas: HS, KW, IV, AB, PH, PA, FK, DD, KY, KA, BT, PO (30 -41) or all other offshore destinations, then your order will be shipped out via DPD’s Highlands & Islands service. Alternatively, you can choose to have your order delivered to one of our Cass Art shops, using our Click and Collect service.
Unfortunately orders to these postal areas cannot be sent via our Next Working Day, Next Working Day before 12, or Saturday service.
Saturday Delivery - £9
Select our Saturday delivery option any day of the week but make sure your order is placed by 12pm on Friday, to have your order delivered on the upcoming Saturday.
Orders are also dispatched by DPD couriers and should be delivered by 5pm.
Please be advised that orders placed after the cutoff point on this delivery option will be delivered on the following Saturday. This is because this is a special service designated for Saturdays only.
If you require a delivery during the working week, please select our next-day delivery option (this will become 1-2 day express during busy periods).
Click & Collect - FREE
Free Collection to Cass Art stores. Your order will be available to collect in 2 working days, and you will recieve an email to confirm that it is ready to be picked up.
Please ensure you have a copy of your order confirmation, either as a print out or viewable on your phone, when you go to collect your order as well as a form of identification. Also, when collecting your order please make sure to bring a valid form of ID.
Your order will remain for collection at your chosen shop for 14 days before being returned to our warehouse. If you're unable to collect it within that time, please contact Cass Art Customer Care on +44 (0)20 7619 2601.
International Delivery - 10€ - FREE over 95€
These are dispatched via DPD and will arrive between 3 – 5 working days. At the moment we delivery only to France, Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands and Ireland but if you’d like to be the first to know when we expand our range please contact customer services or follow us on Twitter or Facebook to be the first to know.
These will be fully trackable and require a signature on delivery.
We’ll send you an email when we dispatch your goods with a link to the website of the delivery service being used so you can track your order. You can also track the progress of your order on the website under My Account.
Of course, we understand if you have to cancel an item. Please let us know as soon as possible by contacting our Customer Care team on +44 (0)20 7619 2601 or via email. If we have already dispatched an order then you can return it for a full refund within 7 days.
Customer services will not be open on Bank Holiday, and there will be no deliveries/collections on this day.
Please note the following delivery schedule changes:
Next Working Day/Next Working Day Before Noon Delivery:
- If you have placed your order online before 2pm on Friday, you will receive your parcel on Tuesday.
- If you have placed your order online between 2pm on Friday and 2pm on Tuesday, you will receive your parcel on Wednesday.
- If you have placed your order before noon on Friday and selected Saturday delivery, you will receive your parcel on Saturday. However, if the order is placed after noon on that Friday, it will arrive on the next Saturday.
Click and Collect:
- Click and Collect orders will not be delivered on Bank Holiday Monday. If you placed your order on either Thursday or Friday, please allow one extra working day for delivery to your selected Cass Art shop.
