Our online business and warehouse continue to operate as normal - however these are extraordinary times and we can’t guarantee any specific delivery dates at this point. This means you may experience some delays to the delivery of your parcel. We thank you for your understanding regarding any delays.

Internationally we deliver to 14 countries. We do not deliver to British Overseas Territories or Sovereign Base Areas.

All of our deliveries require a signature and if you miss a delivery it can be rearranged. Simply contact our Cass Art Care team.

We offer the following delivery options to suit your needs:

    

Standard UK Delivery - From £4.95 - FREE over £50

Within 8 working days.

Orders are shipped via our couriers Hermes or DPD and you'll be provided with tracking details.

If you miss a delivery it can be rearranged directly with the courier or by getting in touch with our Cass Art Care team.

 

Highlands and Islands - £8.95 - FREE over £50

If your delivery address is in one of the following postal areas: AB (37-38), AB (54-56), FK (17-21), IV (1-63), KW (1-17), PA (20-49), PA (60-78), PH (19-26), PH (30-40), PH (42-44), PH (49-50), HS (1-9), HS (40-51), KA (27-28), ZE (1-3), BT (1-94), JE (1-5), IM (1-99), GY(1-10), GX(11) or all other offshore destinations, then your order will be shipped out via DPD’s Highlands & Islands service. Alternatively, you can choose to have your order delivered to one of our Cass Art shops, using our Click and Collect service.

Unfortunately orders to these postal areas cannot be sent via our Next Working Day, Next Working Day before 12, or Saturday service.

  

Guernsey and Jersey - £8.95 - FREE over £50

Orders delivered to the Channel Islands are exempt of VAT. 5 Invoices will be attached to the exterior of box and there may be a delay passing customs. Delivery can take 10 working days and are tracked and signed for.

Collect+ - £4.95 - FREE over £50

Free Collection to over 7,000 collection points in the UK when you spend over £50. Your order will be available to collect in 8 working days, and you will receive an email to confirm that it is ready to be picked up. 

Please ensure you have a copy of your order confirmation, either as a print out or viewable on your phone, when you go to collect your order as well as a form of identification.

This delivery method is only available for products of a certain size and excludes aerosols.

International Delivery - 10€ & 15€ - FREE over 75€

We deliver to 14 countries in Europe. These are dispatched via DPD and will arrive between 10 working days. If you’d like to be the first to know when we expand please contact customer services or follow us on Twitter or Facebook to be the first to know.

These will be fully trackable and require a signature on delivery.

International delivery is available for 10€ to:

International delivery is also available for 15€ to:

  • Italy
  • Spain
  • Portugal
  • Sweden

Please note, we only ship to mainland countries. We do not ship to some autonomous communities including Capri, Madeira, The Canary and Balearic Islands. For more information, please contact our customer care team.

 

Tracking

We’ll send you an email when we dispatch your goods. Please email our customer care team for your tracking number. You can also track the progress of your order on the website under My Account.
  

Cancellations

Of course, we understand if you have to cancel an item. Please let us know as soon as possible by contacting our Customer Care team on +44 (0)20 7619 2601as we have limited time to do so. If we cannot cancel your order then you can return it for a full refund within 30 days.

   

Bank Holiday

Customer services will not be open on Bank Holiday, and there will be no deliveries/collections on this day.
