This Winsor & Newton Artisan Water Mixable Oil Colour Beginners Set represents yet another technological feather in the cap of a company best-known for its heritage.
Artisan Water Mixable Oil Colour has the appearance and handling of conventional oil colours, but you do not want need solvents to thin or clean it up, just water.
That makes it safer and odour-free, ideal for shared studio spaces, schools and colleges or home use.
Winsor & Newton has put together a balanced range of 40 colours that includes a high number of single pigments, each colour formulated with modified linseed or safflower oils (please be aware that this means drying times vary across the range).
Also available separately is a series of water-mixable solvents, oils, mediums and varnishes in our shops.
Winsor & Newton Artisan products can be transported on aeroplanes, subject to the agreement of the airline.
