ROYAL TALENS

This Dutch brand was started in 1899 by Marten Talens in Apeldoorn, Holland. Originally it dealt in office supplies and inks, but in 1924 introduced the Rembrandt soft pastel and more recently they've introduced Ecoline watercolour brush pens.
